Did not passed the evaulation...Heads up on a Bad Doctor
Dear Friends,
Today I went to Founation City to the Alternative Consealing Center.
I saw one Dr.Jain I found that he made assumnation about me without letting me tell him,
I was slightly deaf. He asked me about my sex life. Which was none of his business. He also said that because I raise my voice when I speak at times means I am manic depress. The truth is anyone who has trouble hearing or are deaf tend to raise their voice.Because they can not hear their voice or tone that a normal person can.
Plus because I shook one leg he thought, I was nervous. The truth is I had drunk 3 bottles of water before I came there. I even asked that I needed to stop for a minute and go to the restroom. When I got back my foot/leg did not shake one bit. He would not even listen to me. He was drawning his own thoughts from when I told him, yes I do see a therapist. He did not really want to hear why. He then told me that I need med. He did not listen to me even when 
I said I do not need them and my doctor trust me. He said that I would need this Med. for the rest of my life.
If I did not take them I would end up in jail or a mental instution. He made me cry and I felt terrible when I left. 
Friends I have never even gotten a parking ticket or even thought about harming veggies, animals or humans let alone myself. I think someone might be doing his 
own drugs.
He is not a good doctor you need someone who will listen and talk instead of doing all the talking. I am not a manic depress person. I am a person who is mildly content/happy with their life, until I went to this doctor. HE is not a good doctor and he will not approve you if you do not take three weeks of med and visit one day a week for three weeks and then he will decide then.
I thought when he said that he will never approve me, unless I did the three weeks with him and even then he had to see.I think he is atfer my insurance money from my company, or he just does not believe in this surgery.I felt that his is Not a very supportive doctor of this surgery.
I found a new doctor this very same day. I will not let this one doctor tarnish my veiw in life. I think everyone deserve a chance at happiness. I still stand by it. I will not let one doctor bring me down. 
Please Do Not Go To Dr. Jain in Founation City.

The Center might have other find doctors, But I would not chance Dr.Jain like I did. I would check around for one ,that others had a good/comfortable evaulation with.Please try to find one that someone else can tell you about the doctor, so you will have a heads up.
If anyone has any suggestion please tell me?Or can

Don't worry, I failed two of them. Who is your surgeon? If you are seeing Dr. Colquitt or his partner Dr. Ray in Marysville just south of Knoxville, they use Dr. Bender. Unless you have your own therapist and they will accept a letter from your own Dr. They're great Dr.'s and on the Center of Excellence with Medicare. So is the hospital. You aren't that far from Maryville, so you could get there real quick if needed. I found with a negative pysch report, they surgeon won't take you. Also the therapist has to be trained in counceling for this type of surgery. Not just any therapist can do this. Even my own had to send me to someone else.

Oh Tina! I wish you had gotten to see Mary Barker at A.C.C. She is the one I used. I had a wonderful talk w/ her & she let me know that day that she was going to appove me for my surgery. I am so sorry you had such a bad experience. Don't let this stop you. Keep your head up & you will do fine. I wouldn't want to go back to see this DR. either. I do wish you the best of luck.

. I can not believe he gave you such a hard time. That was not right. You should talk to your surgeon and let him know that you were not comfortable with this person and you would like to see another person and get the evaluation. Surely, they will let you do that. Do not give up and do not let someone like him cause you to give in. You are a strong person and do not need to let him get to you. If you already see a therapist and your Dr on a regular basis and they do not feel you need medicine or have any major problems, then this guy should have never tried to persuade you otherwise. Especially on your first visit. That is weird. Something was definitely going on with him. I wish you all of the luck in the world. Keep moving forward. You will get through this.
