Back in the hospital
My surgeon, Dr. Colquitt has to do a scope on me and has already admitted me back to Blount Memorial hospital rm 419, in Maryville. I'm so tired of all this believe me. But even water burns going down only to come back out. He thinks I either have a blockage with scar tissue, or that I need to be dialated. But with my potassium so low, he's going to be keeping a major eye on me this way by having me in the hospital. I told them to just transport me to the Wellness Fitness center for my work outs and I'll be content.
Feel free to call my cell at 423-523-5763 and please keep me in your prayers. I had this surgery for a healthier life, not to keep getting worse. Keep me informed on what's happening. Thank you all so very much for your support and prayers.
I truly love each and everyone of you. Kathy
Thank you Maria for your calling and for your encouragement. I am sorry to hear that you now have 2 children sick. I am older, but your's haven't begun to live, and they need that chance. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. I am a Mother and a Grandmother and it would tear me a part to loose one. They (my 2 sons) are having a hard time dealing with my having Leukemia and constantly being sick. You are a strong person and mom, I can't pretend to understand what you are going thru knowing they have leukemia too. Get your surgery, you will need the extra strength to take care of your children. Thank you for being there for me, I am there for you. May God be with your family and mine. Love Kathy
Excuse me. I thought we all agreed you needed to be over this stuff and move on. Kathy's body!, get with the program. I'm praying for your healing. You're our rock around here. The great physician has been called in. I'm praying everyone who comes into contact you will be blessed to say and do the right things to help you.
Keep us informed.

Thank you Beth. I pray that my health problems doesn't keep others from having their surgery. I am older, and being on Chemo is taking a toll on my body. Without the surgery, I am not a candidate for bone marrow transplant or for a complete blood transfusion. Younger people have a better chance, a lot of Dr.'s prefer to do surgery on those under 50, and they have a better chance of doing great with their surgeries, 50 and up have a harder time adjusting and trying to get healthier. I fight each day for a healthier life, I want to do it my way and not God's. I believe in Him with all my heart, it's just I forget to put it in his hands. He's in control of my life and He wouldn't have allowed me to have the surgery if He didn't have something planned for me. One Day at a Time. Love Kathy
