Hi guys, my Lori sounds like everything is working out for you in the weight department. How about you Greg, how much have you lost? The two of you need to post new photes. Do it together. Peggy Allen is going to take some pictures with her digital camera so I will be able to really see the lost, I mean I see it and everything is baggy on me, but I want to be able to put in a new picture and to send some to my famly. Can't wait for an update of you two. Send it to my private email if you want. Love ya both, Kathy

I suspected the chemo might be part of the problem. I'm glad they figured it out. Now just to figure out a good solution. Let us know if there is anything we can go for you dear. Toni

Hi Toni, the only other solution for the leukemia if I go off the Gleevec, is chemotherapy, and that means losing all my hair, and more ing. No thank you. So it looks like being hooked to potassium several times a day to my port. I hope the home nursing brings out a regular pole, I have physical therapy 3 times a week and that pole may just have to go with me. There's got to be something someone can do. The cancer center doubts it's from the Gleevec, it's just a mixture of the water pills, the surgery, the leukemia. I'm not going on chemotherapy, no way. I saw what it did to dad and I refuse to even go there until I have to. I have to be on the water pills to keep the fluids off my heart. Down 5 more lbs. A grand total of 52.5 lbs. No wonder as I can't keep anything down. Guess what though, I am registered on Mate1.com and I am getting to meet this one that we have been writing to back and forth. He lives in Morristown, retired, divorced and also in PT for a torn up knee. I have to get better fast. My body isn't feeling to well today so I will let you go. Love you, kathy
