New to TN
Hi all!
I hope to become more a contributor to the TN board - we just moved from Alaska - and I miss my support group up there.
My hubby and I had surgery in March of 2004 - so we are close to 2 years out and having a blast.
Just wanted to introduce myself....say a big hello - and look forward to talking with everyone more - helping where I can - and probably getting some advice myself from time to time.
To the newbies - congratulations! You are on the road to better health!
To the people laying in wait - I know it is hard time - you'll make it -be persistant and ask as many questions as you can!!!!
Good luck to all!

Hi Kathy!
With you attiude, you'll accomplish much! Thanks for the warm welcome - so far I just absolutely love it here. We are in Cleveland - and exploring more all the time.
I hope that you totally enjoy this rapid weight loss phase you are in. I remember just being so excited to get up each day and see what the scale said. I've heard it both ways - on whether or not to get on the scale each day - but I did - for me it was a motivator. I wouldn't get upset if it didn't move - as I stayed rationale about it. But it so joyful to see the numbers just dropping so quickly. Just do what works for you with the scales! HA!
I'll keep you in my prayers in your fight with luekemia.
