everyone. I am doing much better. I have had an MRI & it look's like my arthritis is being aggitated by the fall. I wanted to share something w/ all of you. You all may have heard of this, but I just found it recently.Angelfood ministeries. If you haven't heard of it, it is a thing where you can buy food. They sell it in In 25.00 dollar menu's.
