one year anniversary!
One year down... and it has been an interesting one. I am sad to see it pass. I want to do it again. THings have been good and bad. I behave and sometimes I don't
This past month has been particularly bad... have eaten out a lot and am trying to get back on track. I have my doctor appt. tomorrow and am going to go back to my support group. God forbid I don't want to mess this up. I am fluctuating between 119-124 lbs. lost. I still want to be around 158lbs and this morning I was 169. Anyone out there wants to talk I would love to swap experiences. I work two jobs so am not on here as much as I would like but I WILL get back with you. Thanks!

Hi Meryl!
I just wanted to say congratulations on your weight loss! Thats wonderful.
I'm sure everyone has good days and bad days. Stick to the plan, protein first, vitamins and supplements, and lots of water, and getting in some form of exercise, you'll lose that last bit. Don't beat yourself up over it too badly
April

Hi Meryl, it has been a while. You won't believe this but I finally had my surgery by Dr. Colquitt on Jan. 9 and I have no regrets. I am able to now walk without using my power chair. It's weird I had 11 denials, I find out last July I have leukemia and I get a great surgeon in Maryville to do my surgery. I'm thrilled for you on what you have lost. I've only lost 34 lbs in 6 weeks, but I haven't been able to get out and workout. I've had two more surgeries of different things since my bypass. Like you said, get back on track and you'll be fine.
Always, Kathy
Hi Meryl,
Congrats on your one year! Today I'm 6 months out. Like the others have said it will start back again. I have been a little on the lazy side myself as far as exercise goes, I need to get back to the gym. Just wanted to say hello and Congratulations for your first year!
Debbie

Hi Meryl;
There's an old Gospel song "I wouldn't take nothing for my Journey Now" kind of puts it in perspective. I think you've done as well thus far.
Hey, my journey doesn't even start till Mar 21, so you've got that much head start on me. I wish I could say that I have lost 119lbs.!!!! I envy you at this point so chin up, dig in and make up your mind to finish what you've started. I'm praying for you and just some how, I believe you can and will make it to your goal.
Your new friend
Ron
