Tomorrow.......

everyone, in the morning I go for my final weigh-in, on Wednesday I meet with the Nutrionist and after that I will have to take a tour of the Wellness phycilities (sp). It's free for the first 3 months to work out, but because of the distance I won't be able to go every day, but I still have to attend the tour. That makes for a long day as I have to be there at 8:15am, a 71 mile trip one way. ugh!!!!. Oh well, then it's Christmas, and on the 29th the final visit with my surgeon before surgery. My belly gets nervous when ever I think that far ahead. you and Merry Christmas, Kathy
