I am starting my 1500 diet today.

Greetings friends, I have decided to start my 1500 calore diet today. It makes more sense for me to start today than wait. I have a doctor's appointment and I want to show that doctor that I already have the will power and I am wanting this surgery. I have waited too long and I am not falling behind in this. Thank you all for your encouraging words. Your advice has helped me alot and I took it under consideration. Because I know a lot of you are or have gone through this and you know what you are talking about. Thank you all. Tina

Tina, good for you, and you will still be able to enjoy Christmas dinner on this diet, just eat what you are allowed and keep track of the food you eat. You will make it. Proud of you girl. Kathy
