8 months out Dr check up today

I had a wonderful check up with Dr Shina today. He is such a nice man. So friendly as are all the ladies up there! Well, I am 8 months and 1 week out from my open gastric bypass. The morning of surgery I weighed 313. Today I weighed 192.6...Down 121 pounds! Dr Shina was happy. His goal for me is 160, he said when I get there he'll be satisfied but if I want to go lower for cosmetic reasons (and I do of course) I can get down as low as 141...So, 141 here I come! He also suggested I start researching plastic surgeons. Just wanted to update! If u live in Ky and u r researching surgeons, check out Dr Shina, in my opinion he is the best! Some people say he's not nice, that he isn't friendly. Well, I don't know what Dr Shina they saw but my surgeon is always friendly, he sits down and talks as long as I need him too. He jokes, all of his staff have always been very friendly. I just love em all to pieces! I recommend him and his staff to anyone researching surgeons... Hugs Angela 313-192-141?
