One Year Anniversary
Well, it's been almost a year since my surgery. I haven't posted here in a long time, but I wanted to stop in and let everyone know that I"m doing fantastic
I have lost a tad bit over 100lbs.
I can tie my own shoes now
I can cross my legs now
and best of all when travelling I don't have to ask for the seat belt extension
I have lost 12 dress sizes and I feel fantastic. For those of you that haven't had surgery yet or are just starting out, don't forget that exercising is very important. Well best of luck to all of you and I promise to check in on all of you.....
Love to all
Anne

Anne,
Fantastic job. I hope to do as well on my journey that will thankfully finally be starting soon. I hope you reach your goal by Christmas like you want and get the plastics too. Let me know how that part goes as I live near the Memphis area too and will be looking for a good doctor and how to deal with insurance when my time comes.
