HELP
How are you eating? Are you excersizing? Have you tried changing things up a little, varying the type of exersize or breaking your meals down 5-6 smaller meals through out the day? Are you drinking at least 48 oz water every day? Sometimes we just plateau and have to wait it out. Don't get discouraged, it will start coming off again.
