Administrative Law Judge says "It is ORDERED...."

As I made mention here: http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/state-forums/TN/postdetail/9980 the Judge sent me a huge packet with the following in it: "It is ORDERED that TennCare IS REQUIRED to provide Petitioner with Gastric Bypass Surgery" so it's party time tonight!!! Just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Jennifer and Kathy for their wishes and prayers and anyone else who might have read my post. This just goes to show that you should never give up! Denied Denied Denied APPROVED I'm so happy now my eyes are blurred, or maybe it's all the tears of joy I've cried

OMGoodness I just got off the phone with my Coordinator at Dr Boyce's office and she said "Bring us that letter today and we'll schedule your surgery today" Woo, hoo off to Knoxville I go.... *vroom* *vroom*

Hey Rhonda! I tried to email you but it said I couldn't. I saw that you also have BCBS of TN and was curious if your policy also has an exclusion? Mine does and I was wondering if anyone else fought them and won? Just curious. Tammy
