TN Board Needs More Action..

I agree, a year ago, it was really hopping and you received a lot of responses. But those who had their surgery very seldom come on here anymore. We need them still for their ideas. Kathy

Hello! I agree with you! Let's all try and get something going here...*S* My surgery date is July 5th and I am getting very apprehensive about the whole thing! I know this sounds crazy, especially after fighting my insurance for the past 6 months to get an approval from them..Is there anyone out there that has these same type of thoughts, etc.?? Thanks...Kathy W.

hi, I dont have any suggestions but I do check every day. I am doing well with weight loss and have lost 111 lbs altogether (18 preop). I am getting a promotion in my job very soon. I had to the paperwork today and drug test. It will mean more money for our family. Lisa 279/168/150

Hey Missy Lea!!! I agree with you! I try to respond as much as possible. It would be nice if more people posted on here. Maybe we can start posts on different topics of interest? Well, I try and try but some days I just get so upset with the thought that I won't ever get the surgery... I am praying that the government will pass that bill so that hopefully I will have at least a fair chance of getting the surgery next year... Another long year... that makes three years now, I have waited... I know some have waited longer.. I have been big since I was 21. So in all truthfulness I have needed the surgery for a long time.. I am happy for you all that have had the surgery... and I look forward to reading about your stories... :0)
