Mad, Mad, Mad

Well, I just got denied by John Deere Select. After completing the six month requirement they requested, NOW, they are telling me that it needs to be documented for the last two years!!! I am so over dealing with this insurance company!!! I pay their outrageous premiums every month and can't use it when I need it. Can anyone tell me how to start the appeal process? My medical records went back to 1970, so I don't know what more I can give the goofs!!

HI Debbie, sorry you are having a hard time with John Deere. I was given this same insurance when I first qualified and had it changed to Blue Care, as most in my area don't recognize John Deere nor accept it. You might consider changing John Deere. Is this thru your job, or thru the state? I'm thru the state because of my income. But for appealing, try writing a letter, send copies of before and after photos, have family and friends to write letters on your behalf, your Dr. will also help with the appeal, and if all else doesn't work, talk to Joe Barlette, he's an attorney. Best of luck sweetie, I know you will get approved. Most have found that getting denied, and filing appeals, eventually get approved. Don't give up on your dream. Love Kathy
