Any experience w/UHC choice plus?

We just changed our insurance from BC/BS/AL to UHC choice plus. I was just reading the exclusions & surgical treatment of obesity is one of the exclusions. Has anyone has any experience w/this insurance & been approved to get it done? If it's excluded is there a possibility it can be approved? I really discouraged!

I had this insurance and they approved me. However it was not in the exclusions with my company. They approved me in no time. They were very easy to work with. I had my surgery in May and I am now down to a size 6/7. I used Dr. Dyer and he was wonderful....I now weigh 138lbs.
