Asking prayers for mom and dad

Hi, a short while back dad had to be hospitalized. They found a mass inside of his left lung. At 7am he will be going thru surgery to have part of his left lung removed. This will be tested for cancer. Apparently he was in so much pain that like me, we don't notice it until after we have had vomitting for a while. Most likely this will be cancer if it was making him that sick to his stomach. Mom, is beside herself with worry which isn't helping her blood pressure, she's already had 2 strokes. I am asking for prayer that dad will be alright, he knows that things aren't right in his soul, maybe thru this he will start leaning on God. Pray that mom doesn't end up having a stroke from all of this. thank you all so very much, you don't realize that each of you are precious to me. Love, Kathy
