I think the deal with the PS's wanting money upfront is because Medicare is your primary and they more than likely won't precert the plastic surgery. On the other hand from what my casemanger with TNcare has said if you find a PS that takes tncare and it is medically nesacary there is no out of pocket cost. But that is only if you have TNCare as your primary.
