sick on chicken today!!

I have been eating chicken just fine, but for some reason I got sick on it today. I cooked it in the crock pot all night. It was very tender. First I started feeling like it wouldnt go down . Like I needed a drink or something, But I don't drink when I eat so. Then it got worse and almost turned into heartburn. Then I started getting sick. weird. never had that happen before.

Sheila, My favorite thing in the world is chicken. And it is the thing I have the most problems with now for some insane reason. I find too, that for some reason, the time of day makes a difference. Early in the day I can tolerate meat better. Towards night, I switch to beans or something and I find I do much better.

Gosh daggone Sheila, chicken is my favorite too, I even have a cook book of 101 ways to cook chicken. I sincerely hope that I don't have that problem, and if you find a way to eat it without getting sick, please let me know. God be with you, Kathy
