plastic surgeon(s)

I am only almost 3 months out. But I want to get ahead and start looking for a plastic surgeon. Does anyone know of one in east tennessee who accepts medicade and tenn care? I have both ( blue care). I have lost 90 lbs so far! I was a 5x and am now wearing a 3x or 26/ 28!!! Yipee! I even tryed on a sweater vest at walmart and it fit. it was a size 22/ 24!!! I am soooo thrilled...lol. Hello Peggy, I don't know of any plastic surgeons because I am pre op and just haven't got that far yet as I am pre op. I emailed you awhile back about your surgery. I work at Rog. Health Dpt. Congrats on tye 90 lb loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YOu go girl!!!! My surgery is nos scheduled for Dec. 27th, I hope I do that well. You may have to give me some pointers. ' My advice would be to call the doctor's office who did your surgery and ask if they can recommend someone or if they know a surgeon who accepts the Tenncare and insurance coverage you have. Hi Peggy, have you checked on blue side bar on the left of the screen? There is a section on Plastic Surgeons. Losing 90# is great. I just wish I will be that lucky. I know you have to wait for a year or longer before you can have the reconstructive surgery. If you find one please let all of us know. I have medicare and Blue Care medicaid. Did you ever start the support group in Rogersville? That's only about 20 miles from my home. Let me know. As for your journey. Keep it going girl, you're doing great. Hugs, Kathy
