Long time no talk good news i hope

I know i have not posted in some time now,but i just finnaly got some good news about maybe getting to have my surgery.I got an email today from Dr Hugh Houston at cintinnial hospital saying that he will be willing to do my surgery the lap band as a one time thing with tenncare. Thank you DR HOUSTON.i just can not beleive this someone pinch me please.All my thoughts right now are OMG what will i do now. I am so nervous all ready i can hardly write this.Please pray for me that this really does happen. I all of u guys Eva

Eva, That would be wonderful! I hope and pray it all works out for you! I tried Centennial before Dr. Hruska and was denied due to being out of network. It's good to hear that he may do this for you. I will keep you in my prayers. Lisa

Hello my dear friends, Lisa,Kathy,Melanie thank you all so much for the nice words and the encourgering thoughts.Oh i am just so happy right now you guys are just the best.I did talk to Holly today at DR Houston office and she has talked to my case manager and she getting everything set up if the DR agrees to the tenncare rates.She is sending me out the info. packet so it all looks good right now.Keep me in your prayers please.I hope all of you are doing just great and losing your weight and Kathy i am praying that all works out for u 2. congrats eva. a friend of mine used Dr houston as well and she is dong extremely well. I wish yo the very best of luck. go celebrate. I would go with you but I am in the end of my first week on the liver shrink diet so cant do much celebrating on one salad a day.
