ooops!

I forgot to eat lunch today. now it is getting close to dinner.. seems when I try and get in all my fluids I am thinking less of eating , bu then I go and skip a meal. I hate that. Its 330 here and I have to leave soon to take my daughter to work. .. I guess i'll be ok... I just cant get it together. also, People at my group are saying you gotta have so many fruit and vegies and milk, how can I fit all that in and my protien in with just three meals a day, which is what my doctor wants me to do.

hmmm my dietician recomends 6 to 8 meals a day counting of course the protein drinks
