I was denied in the spring for lack of documentation. I have since then been on Dr. supervised program with little results. Sent in that documentation. Waiting to hear. So nervous, but excited at the same time. What a mix of emotions. Did anyone else feel this way?

Joe, I can feel your pain. I fought my insurance carrier for about 2 months before I got approved; this was after doing a full 6 month supervised diet. I am still fighting BC/BS who is my secondary insurance, but I have a surgery date of next Tuesday. Now that all the steam is gone from fighting hard for approval, I am such a mix of things; fear, anxiety, hopeful to name a few. I wish you lots of luck on your journey. Kelly
