3 month check up

Hey guys just thought i would update you on my weight loss.. I went to the Doctor on the 30th... It started out a bad afternoon... I got a real bad headache... and couldnt even think ... but then i got to the doctors and I have lost a total of 69lbs... and if you count the weight before i had the surgery ... I have lost 104lbs... wow!!! I am so happy... I am walking like crazy... eating my protein and smiling...at all the compliments everyone is giving me... well.... take care .... lots of love and prayers for everyone... Hi Robyn, I am so happy for you and the weight loss. Wi****oo was on the loser side. But it will never happen, so know when I say I am proud of you and all post-ops, makes me just a bit jealous. Congratulations Robin......I also had my three month check up on the 28th and have lost 45lbs. I am not eating well, I know this but when something bothers me I just walk away from it and everything else and try to eat a few hours later. I can always get my protein in when I'm working but when I'm off I forget to drink the drinks. Oh well, hopefully it will get better and so will my memory....LOL Love ya Anne
