I need a good plastic surgeon that accepts Tricare insurance

I am in need of a good plastic surgeon in East Tennessee or even Middle Tennessee that accepts champus Tricare Insurance. I was told I would get approved if it were medically necassary and it is because I also need an abdominal hernia repaired at the same time. Any information would be great. THANKS..........CINDY
