Hey guys, I know I haven't posted in a while. That's what working 60+ hours a week will do but I thought since I actually have three days off in a row that I should give an update. As of this past Tuesday night my weight loss is at 43lbs. I am approximately 10 weeks post op. My pant size has gone down from a 26 to an 18, which I actually went out and bought last night. I attribute the much smaller size not only to the weight loss, but mostly to the fact that I am exercising 5-6 times per week at curves. I have had so many compliments so far and it is very exciting. Well just wanted to update you guys. Talk to you soon. Anne

I am down from a 28 to a 22. I went to buy some pants and I thought the 22 would be too small. I tried it on and it fit great. I am 7 weeks out and have lost 35.5 lbs. I go Monday to the Dr. for the official tally!!! I hope I have lost more!! Jules

Anne, Congrats!!!! You are a BIG loser! I have a question for you. A few weeks ago I read on here about you talking about sirloin sticks. Could you please tell me about those? Where do you buy them? What is the name of them? How much do they cost? How much protein is in one? Any info will be helpful! Thanks! Hello to all my friends! Cherry

Cherry, I buy them at Walmart and they are by the tuna fi****hink they are hormel but don't know for sure. They cost about 2.99 and they have three servings in a bag (3sticks per serving). They have 14 grams of protein and only 80 calories per serving. Hope you can find them. How are you doing now that you are post op?????

That's great!!! I know the first time I went clothes shopping after surgery I walked into Cathrines and automatically started hunting something in the largest size they had (before surgery I was a size 36) went and tried it on and it swallowed me whole. I was so tickled. Im back down to size 26/28 and the weird thing is my cup size has actually gone up and the around number has gone down from 56 to 48 . Guess when I gained weight I gained below my boobs and not in the actual boob area. From my highest known weight (fall 2002) Ive lost aprox 115 lbs. From a month before surgery (2/04) Ive lost 95. This is all so exciting . *huggles* all

WOW, Anne, thats fantastic!!! I'm so proud of you and happy for you! Isnt it a wonderful feeling!!! Big kudos on the exercise! I admire you for being so diligent in that area. Its not easy to keep the motivation to exercise daily. Because of my upcoming knee surgery they've instructed me to stop riding my bike but i'm doing physical therapy twice a week and thats really working my legs. My thighs are looking better all the time. Again, congratulations! and keep up the incredible work! God bless you sweetie! Melanie
