TRICARE PRIME and ABDOMINOPLASTY in TN

Hi guys , I live in the Memphis area. I have been thinking about getting a "TT" . Anyways, has anyone had any experience with this. I know you have to have all these documents and so forth but was it really that hard? Also, does anyone know of any GOOD plastic surgeons in my area. I mean really good!! My skin tends to keloid so I'm kinda SCARED!!
