I'm Shrinking!!
I am so excited! I have finally noticed a difference in my body. I started noticing a few days ago. But last night I had such an awesome experience. Last night I actually fit into chairs that I hadn't been able to fit in before! WOW! I sat in three different chairs that before I couldn't sit in. One of the chairs I could only sit on the edge of before surgery. The other two chairs I hadn't been even able to do that because of how the arms were. But last night I could sit in all three chairs. I couldn't believe it. I just kept telling myself that I wasn't so wide anymore. I wondered what else I might be able to sit in that I couldn't before.
A few days before I noticed that the roll on my sides where my bra band goes was different. One side is so much smaller but the other side is still big. I feel like I am going to be shaped funny. But that's ok. I am just happy that I am shrinking. I feel like my feet are also getting smaller. My slip on shoes are getting loser.

Congratulations, Julie!!! Thats fantastic! Its those motivations that really give us the uummph to keep going. Each milestone makes us stronger and more determined. Its funny you mention the chairs. Now it seems everywhere I go, i'm measuring how much of the chair my butt covers lol. I have room in the movie seats, and ball game seats. Its great. My sis told me on Labor Day that I am losing my butt. I said I have no beef with that lol. I'm thrilled to lose it. Hopefully my chest will soon join my butt lol. Hi Julie , gosh girl that's a miracle in itself. To be able to just sit in a chair, without having to stand up and having the chair come with you. lol, proud of you. I'll be in Nashville Friday evening, and tied up until Monday, so hopefully we will get a chance to meet. I knew that once the pain was gone you would be ok. I'm really proud of you and just think that each week from now on you will be able to do more and more things that were difficult for you before.
