My understanding on this is that in order for any TnCare MCO to cover a TT it has to be medically nesacary. As in the "apron" is causing deteriation of the skin under it or the "apron" is causing mobility problems. As far as liposuction I doubt it since liposuction is a purely cosmetic procedure.
