I wasn't at the seminar last night but did attend one on 7/27/04. It's a 3 1/2 hour drive there (I live 50 miles east of Chattanooga). I got home about 1:00 am and filled my papers out then and faxed them that night. I was THAT impressed. Less than one month later I had surgery -Lap RNY on 8/25/04 by Dr. Hugh Houston. I don't regret a minute. There's been a few bumps along the way but I am glad I had it done. Dr. Houston is an excellent, highly skilled surgeon with impressive credentials. He did a great job on me. Very little pain - I've had hernia surgeries that hurt a LOT more. Centennial Women's Hospital was great too. Big spacious private rooms with you own private shower. Comfortable furniture for visitors and even a lay down recliner that makes a very comfortable bed. I hope the seminar impressed you as much as it did me. Before going to the seminar I felt "drawn" to Dr. Houston; then when I got to the seminar and he was the one speaking I KNEW he was the right one. God Bless you on your journey.
