Morning KMART SHOPPERS
Guess who???
Want to take a quick moment to thank my angel MELANIE IN TN for her outstanding Angel duties. I am sorry Mel, I do remember you calling me, but I don't remember what we talked about. I was so High most of the time, so I hope I was co-herent and nice!!!
Next I want some advice. My new "tummy" knows it's "full" but what am I supposed to be telling my head??? All advice gratefully appreciated. Carol
Good Morning -
I see you live in Nashville - where did you have your surgery done? I live in Spring Hill and went to Cenntenial.
I had the pouch versus head argument going. I crave things, but am not really hungry. I just have to give myself a good talking to and decide what is hungery - my pouch or my head. Usually it is my head, so I try to acknowledge it for what it is and move forward. Sometimes if I really have the munchies I will eat a soda cracker and that helps satisfy my craving (I love Wheat Thins and popcorn!)

Carol, baby, welcome back!!! You do not need to thank me. It was an honor to be your angel, but I feel like I owe you a major appology. I truely had the best of intentions to come see you at the hospital and literally had the week from h*ll last week. My coworker missed THREE days last week with a "sick" child and I worked my tail off. Thats just the tip of the iceburg though. Wont go into all of it here. I'm SOOOOO glad you're back and doing well. Your hubby's cell phone # disappeared from my desk. I've been thinking so much about you. I'm thrilled that you seem to be doing well. Dont worry about the head hunger, it gets better. My only advice is to stay busy. I played a lot of hand held games, puzzle books, tv, etc. Anything to keep my head occupied. Before long you'll be forgetting to eat. Love you sweetie! Keep in touch! Please let me know if you need ANYTHING! God bless you!
