Does finger size shrink??

Please help me out here with this question. I have really fat fingers and I want to know if they will get smaller. There is a ring I so badly want but it is about 2 sizes smaller than my finger I want it to go on. I would love to get it now and one day be able to try it on and feel wonderful about myself for having lost enough weight to be able to wear it. Plus I can get it cheaper now than I can later. Did anyone else have fat fingers and they got smaller?? About how much smaller did they get?? Thanks for helping. Julie -26 pounds

My ring size has gotten smaller. I can no longer wear my solitaire. It falls right off. Ive actually started wearing rings that I wore back in Jr High. Ive lost roughly 115 lbs so far. I think most ppl will go down ring sizes as they go down clothing sizes *huggles*

Hey Julie Yes your fingers will get smaller. You should get that ring for yourself, You deserve it. I hope you are doing well. Hi Julie, I went from a size 5 with my class ring and first wedding set to a size 9. According to the dream I had last night, I was wearing a ring and it kept falling off. If everything else is losing, I would say the fingers will too, after all they gained weight too. Get the ring and know you deserved it. Hugs, Kathy

Hey Julie..... I can't speak from experience(Pre-Op) but a woman I worked with lost in her fingers(almost lost her wedding ring) and also had to buy smaller shoes!!!!!! April
