Hey woman wish I could help ya out. But I'll just be finishing up my paralegal degree this semester. Which means I might be able to help but legally can't since that would be UPL (unauthorized practice of law). However check your phonebook for something like legal aid. A lot of times they can help you understand something even if they won't be able to take your case on. Also they wouldn't charge. So it couldn't hurt. *huggles*

Hey Kathy, Joe Bartlett is a lawyer and helps people in appeals and things like that for WLS you could email him and ask your question.
