Just thought I would say hi to everyone.... I have been pretty buzy and not able to get online alot... I am going to try and be on here more.. I have also been on the new www.diminishingdivas.com which is pretty kewl... I have been feeling alot better since I had my scope done and they stretched the opening to my intestines.... My problem now is relaying to my brain that I am losing weight because I feel like I am only gaining which is ubsurd.... I am walking more... even going to work early and walking the parking lot.... so I am not late for work.... I am still having some trouble eating the protein I need to ... so i sometimes have a protein shake to help... but also wanted to tell you guys that i have been going to the fitday site... which helps me log my food intake and activities... even gives you a place to write down your thoughts and feelings.... And then ;it tells me how much weight a week i need to lose to reach my goal next year.... i think it was like 2.67lbs a week... I am pretty excited... I hope everyone is doing great.... I plan on going to the Walk from Obesity in Nashville, hope to see some of you guys there... I dont think i will make the 5 mile run either but i will do as much as I can.. talk to you all soon hugs Robin 317/267/145

Hi Robin, When is this Walk? I've heard about it, not planning on entering, but I may do the run with a wheelchair. Just kidding, 5 miles would drain the batteries. Going to work early and walking sounds real great. Might encourage others from work to join you. You have a great day and get in your protein. Love ya, Kathy

Hey Robin! I'm taking a break from C-L-E-A-N-I-N-G, so I thought I'd check out the board... Glad to hear your doing so well... The fitday.com site is pretty cool, once you figure your way around the place. I actually started writing down all the food I eat on paper, just to keep track cause its pretty easy to fall off the band wagon when stres****s you. Anyways, hope you have fun at the walk from obesity. I planned on going but things have came up! Take lots of pictures and let me know how it goes. Hugs, Katie
