moving maybe

Does anyone know anything about lake cherokee, we are trying to find a lot in Legacy Bay or Cheleque on the lake.Any one know about the schools there? I have talked to several people but need someone that lives and knows about the lake. cindy

Well I went to college in Jefferson City which is about 5 to 10 minutes from lake Cherokee. I know very little about the secondary educatoin system in that area. but Carson Newman College is Fantastic. It is a very beautiful area to live in. I am sure you will love it.

I don't know about that area. However, it's an hourish from Knoxville I think -- Which has some GREAT shopping! Just thought I'd add that in, if you cared to know about that sort of subject! LOL! Good luck on your move! -Katie

Hey Cindy, Its Michelle again. First, it's Cherokee Lake. If you say Lake Cherokee down here, people will look at you kinda funny. If you live in Hamblen County, there are two high schools. Morristown East and Morristown West. I will be glad to help you in any way I can. Not sure about the lots, but will take a ride over and check them out for you if needed. Talk to you soon, Michelle
