Questions about Lactaid
Hi all! Hope everyone is doing well. I am recovering, slowly but surely! I am still very weak! But the good news is I have lost 20 pounds!!!!!
Here is my question: my nutritionist said I could start making my protein shakes with Lactaid, not milk, in case of lactose intolerance. Well, the Lactaid is even botherimg me! I have gone back to mixing them with water but this is bugging me! Am I never going to be able to use milk, even Lactaid?? Does lactose intolerance continue forever??
