I think hunt's makes it or jello brand does, but I have bought it. I think I bought it at Food Lion or Krogers. I never could find it at Wal-Mart. Mayo will not hurt I do not think putting it in tuna, but not too much mayo lisa

sorry for the brain freeze! I was thinking sugar free pudding not yougurt. I like Carb Control by Dannon Lite'n Fit. It has 3g of Carb, 60cal, 3g of sugar There is also Atkins yougurt. but I think this one is less sugar.

I buy the light yogurt at Kroger it is really low in sugars......and it's not too many calories. I did put a tsp of miracle whip ( I hate mayo) in my tuna and it was ok. Didn't bother my new pouch at all. I had to eat it slowly though. Anne

HI Linda, don't you know by now that the only studip question is the one not asked. I'm not a big yogart fan unless it's Breyers or in the shape of soft ice cream. But I am glad about the miracle whip and tuna. How are you doing otherwise? Take care of yourself, and may God be with you. Kathy PS, I think I'll live on cottage cheese.

Hey Linda - No question is a stupid one - I am glad you asked!!! I don't know about the yogurt, but my doc does allow 2 tablespoons of fat free mayo as a "free food". So I think it would be okay for you to mix some FF mayo with your tuna. Good luck on your journey. Jules

Hi Linda! The only stupid question is the one you dont ask. I've never been able to find any yogurt that I was willing to eat. It either has too many calories, carbs, fat or sugar. I've just done without. As for the mayo, I sure hope its ok because I put it in my tuna lol. I wouldnt be able to eat it without it. Just buy the light kind and it will be ok. God bless ya sweetie!
