Me??? PE Coach Assistant?? hehe
Who would have ever thought Id be helping out in elementary PE hehe. The coach at my nephew's school lets me use his scale to weigh and the first time I went he must of seen the numbers and tells me "Im a personal trainer also" So I tell him about the RNY and how much Ive lost and he tells me well I can go to the gym that he works at after school for 50 cents per visit (yes fifty cents) and he will help me with strength and conditioning. He also offered for me to help out with his PE classes (we are required to do 18 parent volunteer hours a yr). So today was my first day of assisting a coach. I was only there 2.5 hrs but let me tell you I was afraid I was gonna have to roll outta there my upper legs were sooo burning. It felt good though to be able to even participate. On my way out coach told me "see ya tomorrow" hehe guess Im in for more "feel the burn" Just thought Id share *huggles*
I am so proud of you dixie. Keep it up! Even though I am preop We still take Taekwondo 2x a week, sometimes 3. I was very sore two weeks ago from an intense workout. So, I can relate to "feel the burn". I can't wait until I have more energy when I lose more weight. I have already lost 17lbs since July 20th. I have 3 more to lose. I hope I can do it.

You can do it Lisa, you've come this far, to lose that last three #'s, go on a fluid intake for about 2 days. All that waste inside of you, won't be there and not only have you lost the waste, you could drop about 3 lbs. You hang in there girl, just keep saying I can do this, I can do this. Love ya, Kathy
Hey angel girl how are you doing these days besides getting a cheep workout. Sounds good to me. You go girl. Where are you in reference to Nashville? Trying to get everything done so nothing comes up at the last minute. I am asking, so that my family who live in Nashville, like my son Phillip, can keep you informed. I don't know how far you are from Nashville area. I haven't written my letters but I do have my living will, durable power of attorney, and my Will done. Doing the Will was the hardest. I told both sons that they need to do that, just in case something happens. Both are married, Scott's son turned 2 last Friday, and Phillip's baby is due sometime first part of October. I will give you Phillip's phone and cell, so you can leave him a message and he will return your call. I'lll try and rush a Dr. so that you can do your angel duties.
Hugs and hugs to you, Kathy
