Hi everyone. I am new to this site and could really use some encouragement! I was told by my insurance several months ago that I had to make sure I had 6 montly documentations of doctor assisted weight loss before they would even consider me. I decided last week to call the insurance company (John Deere Health Choice POS) to see if their policies have changed to make sure I was still on track, since I had just finished seeing my doctor for the 5th month. Well, they said it wasn't necessarily true that I needed such documentation since each case is considered individual to individual. Soooo, I have my appt with Dr. Rutledge here in Chattanooga, TN and I am hoping I have everything put together the way it should be. I would love to know if anyone has gotten approved or denied with John Deere and wonder what your experience has been like. I feel like I should be doing something but have no clue what I can do until I see the doctor tomorrow! I am so excited and hope to have great news in the next few days!! Erica

Hi Erica, one the left side and at the top is a section called insurers. Read in there what People have said about John Deere. Welcome to the board, this is a great group, and someone is always here to answer any questions. Best of luck on your journey, hope to see you on the losers bench. Kathy

welcome erica, glad your on obard now. Insurance can be a tricky road and I wish you the best of luck. I have not had any dealings with John Deare as of yet, but I do try to help those who have insurance problems. read through my profile and see if there are any letters there you can use, if so feel free to adapt them to your needs. If you get denied and need some legal help dont hesitate to contact me. good luck. keeping my fingers crossed for you.
