BlueCare Case Management number

Ok someone asked me to post this on the board for ya'll so here goes. 1 800 225 8698. This number is only for BlueCare. If you have any of the other Tncare MCO's the case management number should be in your provider book. When you call tell them your sittuation. They will ask you for your diagnosis. Mine was Severe morbid obesity. Tell them whatever yours is. They will then tell you that a case manager will get with you in 24 hrs if you don't hear from one to call them back. Not everyone in TNcare needs a case manager. However if you are having problems finding a surgeon they sure are a godsend. Mine just signed off on my case at the end of last month. It has been exactly a yr that she has had my case. She would have signed off sooner except I got hospitalized at 6wks so she stayed on until I wasn't having any problems/complications related to RNY. She also told me if anything arises with the surgery for me to call her and she will reopen my case.
