Just wanted to post and let everyone know I am doing wonderful since surgery. I have lost 15 lbs since the surgery and 14 before for a total of 29 lbs. I feel great and have had no problems. It is hard sometimes to get all my protein in but I am managing. I will be back to work on August 1 full time. Thank you all for all the prayers and I'm glad to be on the losers bench. Hiya Cindy! Welcome back and congratulations on your wonderful success thus far! I'm so happy to hear you havent had any problems. The protein thing gets easier the further out you go and the more you can eat. Tuna and chicken are great sources of protein. Take it easy when you go back to work. If I walked too fast my belly reminded me that i'd had surgery lol. God bless and take care! Melanie

Welcome Back! Congrats on the weight loss! Sounds like your doing wonderful! Good luck on returning back to work on Monday! Take it slow and drink lots of water and of course eat your protein! We don't want you getting tired or anything! -Katie
