WOW, Katie wonderful news on the weightloss. Hope it all keeps going well for you. I have had a hernia for 2 and half years now without trouble and hope to have it fixed when I have my WLS surgery. Take Care, Tara

Wow! 2 years? I hope they fix it for you during WLS! They don't hurt, but gosh they can be a minor discomfort - especially when your wearing jeans! And since my big fat butt is back in jeans - I SO don't want to give them up again because of this thing on my stomach! LOL! Anyways, keep us updated! -Katie

Hi Katie, the weight loss if fantastic. I am really thrilled for you. I have heard great things about Dr. Hruska, but she's not for me. Eva informed the board yesterday that the Dr. is no longer doing surgery on anyone over 50. I turn 51 in September, and Eva is 56. I did call for a Case Manager. She gave me some names of Dr.'s in TN that does accept TNcare, Blue care. Most of the Dr.'s that I have contacted accept TNcare, but not all accept medicare. My son took me to Opry mills a couple of years ago. We didn't venture into the mall, we were having too much fun having dinner and doing the arcade. I miss the theme park. You keep up the great work. I'd go for 121 #'s in a heart beat then I would only have to lose 40 more. Love ya Katie, Kathy

Katie you have done so well, congrats!!!! I agree with you on Dr Hruska, she is an amazing woman! I had told Judy about this board, but that was back in may. Opry Mills is a nice mall, but its such a freakin maze.. not easy to get around at all. We had a version of it in AZ (AZ Mills) and it was much easier to get around. Rachel 270/193

Hi Rachel! I saw your profile yesterday - Gosh your lookin GOOOD! You must feel fantastic! I agree with you too! Hehe.. Dr. Hruska & Judy are just... great! I can't help to love them so darn much! Opry Mill did seem like a maze until we got a map of the mall from the service desk - Then it was pretty easy going after that! -Katie

WOW, Katie bug!!!! Ya make me sick gf!! I'm so proud and happy for you. Jealous, sure, but happy just the same. You're doing such a wonderful job! Opry Mills is great. I walk the whole place staring at the floor. I love the floor lol. My fav store there is of course Wilson's Leather. Just smelling that place makes me crazy lol. Ok, I need therapy. On a positive note for myself, my plateau or whatever that was finally decided to cave. I was stuck at 208 for 2 weeks, yesterday I was 207, today 206. Thank you, Jesus! I was so happy to see it move. It sure is crushing for me when it doesnt. Love ya! Melanie

Katie, That is Sooooo wonderful!!! Wow 121.5 pounds how awesome is that? You are my idol & inspiration now I hope you are patting yourself on the back because you definitely should. It's great to hear you aren't going to have to go through that CAT scan, bet that's a relief off your mind. Congrats also on walking that whole mall, accomplishments like these can give us the best feeling. I am counting down the days until I am a "loser" like you (funny how being a loser makes us all winners huh?). Greg
