What Did You Eat Today? :-)
My diet from the dietician says only three meals of 6 ounces per day - NO SNACKING! I can eat 4-5 ounces, depends on what the food is. I can get in 5 ounces of tuna, but only 4 of chicken. I'm pretty much living on chicken and tuna. Everything has so many calories or fat or carbs. Its hard as hell to eat low carb, low fat, low cal and still have variety. I make the 60 grams of protein requirement easily eating the chicken and tuna. On days that I fall short I drink some nectar fuzzy navel. I dont care for it by itself but its pretty good mixed into Crystal Lite. I still havent lost another pound, not in 2 weeks. Stuck at 208. I'm eating right, exercising, trying to get lots of liquids in. I guess its just bodily adjustment. God bless!
