Need some input....

I am going to call my insurance company tomorrow to get any information I can about what they will and will not cover, what surgeons are on my network, etc. Does anyone else have any ideas of other questions I need to ask them about? I don't want to spend unneeded time on all this just because I didn't have my ducks in a row. I would greatly appreciate any input.
