The WONDERFUL insurance lady at Dr. Husted/Spaw's office (COLLEEN LANKFORD, WONDERFUL LADY) has been haranging BCBS to find out what the heck they need to make a determination, and they told her all they needed was a letter from my PCP recommending the WLS (something they already were given, but got "misplaced") so she faxed them ANOTHER ONE, and we are now waiting for an approval AGAIN.
