What happens during consultation with Dr. Hruksa?

Hiya Lisa! When I had my consult with Dr. Houston, they weighed me, took my blood pressure, then took a "before" photo of me and put me in an exam room. Dr. Houston came in and we talked for a good while. I had taken a long list of questions with me, and the ones he hadnt already answered at the seminar, I asked. He sat there and answered ALL my questions, and when the list was done, he explained the surgeries to me and asked which method I was interested in. I told him I wanted the rny, he told me he felt i'd sail through that surgery and lose 100% of my excess weight. Then we set a date! It was a wonderful day for me! I'm sure each surgeon is different. Oh yeah, and Miss Holly scheduled all my preop stuff for me too. All that took place about 2 wks later. I've been praying for your mother. Sorry to hear things havent progressed much, but its great that shes atleast eating. Thats a step in the right direction. Give her a hello and hug for us! I'll be praying for both of you! God bless!
