I AM APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!

Candi - I am so excited for us both!!! I had my consult a few weeks back, and yesterday I did the pre-admit and saw the dietition. I have surgery scheduled for next Tuesday the 27th with Dr. David Dyer at Centennial Center for the Treatment of Obesity in Nashville. I hope you get a date quickly!!! Congrats to you!! Jules
