What to take with me?!?!

My surgery date is July 26. I'd like suggestions on what to take to the hospital with me. Thanks

This is what I took: non-skid slippers robe toothpaste tooth brush hair brush deodorant mouth wash shampoo conditioner hair dryer loose fitting clothing for the ride home my pillow to sleep on and put between me and the seat belt on the way home Anything more than that I didn't use. Hiya Lisa and congratulations on your upcoming rebirth. I overpacked as most of us seem to do. With the exception of my robe, slippers, and ahem.. tampons, the hospital had everything I needed. My cycle had ended a good week before my sugery but it didnt matter, started a second time the day after surgery. So be prepared for that lol. The hospitals really do have most everything you need. They brought me a comb, soap, lotions, kleenex, etc. They were great. God bless and best of luck to you! Melanie
