I can answer from Maryville,Tn...There was only one Dr. here that took Blue Care and had you to have $3ooo up front. That is what my son's pcp said. I have Medicare and John Deare. I don't know for sure but my son said his doctor took my ins. His surgeon is Dr. Ray from Swee****er.I have to check on the spelling of his last name. Johnnie

His name is Dr.Ray villanueva.

I almost went to Dr. Ray... Last I heard - He does take TennCare!

The only doctor that I am aware of that takes tenncare is Dr. Hruska. She and her staff are WONDERFUL! Susan {!}

Hiya DW! For the most part, most physicians do not accept Tenncare. The hospitals do, however, and thats where the largest expense comes from. The surgeons usually will make payment plans and give reduced rates for anyone having to pay the surgeons portion out of pocket. I would certainly try Dr. Huskra, I think thats the name, that the others are recommending. Good luck! Melanie
