plastic surgery

Does anyone have PHCS- fiserv insurance? Im waiting now on a response from them for a abdominoplasty with hernia repair with rash. Is there anyone out there with any experience with this insurance for the same thing? or anything for that matter? It has been over a month and I called last week and they told me it had been sent to be reviewed by a doctor. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it a bad thing to go to a doctor review? Im about to lose my mind wondering. Any info appreciated. Thanks
