So... What's everyone doing for their workouts? I normally do the Walk Away The Pounds DVD. I'm thinking of doing winso pilates but I'm afraid it's to early in the game to try. However, on another "weight loss website" - I found a few new ideas for working out, which are silly but may be fun. Carmen Electra's Aerobic Strip Tease - This seems to be the newest and hotest workout but I dunno, I haven't bought the DVD's. http://www.aerobicstriptease.com Bellydance Fitness for Beginners - Arms, Abs, Hips, Buns & Thighs http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00005N8AL/ref=pd_sbs_d_2/103-7510043-3969420?v=glance&s=dvd&n=507846 Winsor Pilates - Deciding on buying this or not, anyone tried it? http://www.winsorpilates.com/ Last but not least... Yoga - I have no idea which DVD is "good or bad", anyone have any suggestions? Anyways, so what do ya'll do? What are you thinking about doing?

Hello Eva! You can buy "Walk Away The Pounds" in any store that carries DVD/Videos but I found them online for alot cheaper. In stores there about $35 bucks - I paid $19.95. However, I looked them up last night for Cherry and there only $14.95 @ Barns and Noble online. http://video.barnesandnoble.com/search/product.asp?userid=dqK3CJBxlS&EAN=18713813145&FRM=0&itm=5 If you spend $25 bucks, you get free shipping! Also you can check out the actual website.... http://www.walkawaythepounds.com Good luck! -Katie

Katie, I ordered the DVD then I got to thinking about it. This may sound dumb but do you do that on a treadmill or can you just use all the advice for doing your walking outside? Cherry

Actually, Cherry - That's a good question! You don't need a thread mill - That's whats so great about the DVD's especially for those of us that can't afford to buy one. You just need a little space in your living room. However, I feel better walking to the DVD's rather then outside because.... A. I know how much I've walked - .25 mile, .50 mile, .75 mile, 1 mile, 1.25 mile, and etc - You get my point! B. It's so hot outside. C. I can do them anytime I want. D. It's easy, even at my large size - I'm able to do the walking that she requires. I did recently buy some 2 pound weights at wal-mart for like $4 bucks for a set, it's much cheaper then buying the blue balls she uses in her program. Last but not least - You can turn the volume off on the TV and blast your on music and still be able to know what you need to do, to get a good workout, everyday. Hope this answers your question?
